Explanation of the reasons for return

| #5 Product different than described | The product is different than described. |
| #6 Function not as described | The product does not work as it should or does not work at all. |
| #7 Better offer discovered | I discovered the same product, at better conditions, in another store. |
| #8 Operation too complicated | The operation is too complicated. |
